Potato Chips /French Fries Operating Instruction

1. cleaning and peeling machine: firstly turn on the power switch, open the pipes, then put potatoes into the machine. After 3 ~ 5 minutes, please open the discharging flap, clean and peeled potatoes will be out.




2.  potato cutting machine: turn on the power, put clean potatoes continuously into feeding hopper, potato chips will be out automatically.




3.  Blanching machine: put potato chips/French fries into blanching machine, it has the function of blanching and color fixing by rinsing and blanching treatment,
Blanching time: 3-5 minutes; water temperature: 70-80 degrees.




4.   dehydrator: put the blanched potato chips /French fries into dehydrator to drying surface water  for 2 minutes, then Fried.



5.  Frying machine: heat the oil to around 160 degrees, then put dryed potato chips into it for 1.5 minutes, french fries for 5 minutes, and then the discharging.


6. deoiling machine: Please put the fried potato chips or French fries into the deoiling machine immediately. 1 minute is enough.  So the deoiled golden potato chips/ potato chips or French fries will appear.

7. seasoning machine: please put the deoiled potato chips into the seasoning machine; then according to your taste to add the condiment; start the machine, condiment will be evenly adhered to the potato chips/French fries.

8. vacuum and nitrogen filling packing machine: generally, potato chips or French fries need fill nitrogen packing.
